Two completely stock 2004 American Standard hardtail strats. I love the way they sound as is. I have considered getting some GraphTech saddles, but that's it.

Thank God there were some people in guitar history who didn't completely like the way their guitars felt or/and sound even though they had bought them after playing with them.

Otherwise we would never had the Stratocaster...

hmm where tp start , with my old mij (89) strat it was totally stock for 16 years and then i found this site and a few others to do with epi's , so i done a total overhaul on my epi lp std with iron grear blues engine pups , cts pots pio caps and vintage braided wire done 50's style , man what a change in the sound (in a right good way ) i was so impressed with the i/g pups i bought a set for the old mij , i left the pots in but swapped out the wiring for waxed cloth stuff , WOW this thing sounds so much more stratty than it ever did , oh and i removed the buggered polly finish and it now rings like a church bell (talking to someone a few weeks ago who was raving about a c/s strat in a glasgow store , i said wait till you hear mines :D after playing it for an hour unplugged he plugged it in  he was well impressed and offered to buy it , i declined 8) )

Yes, I do.

A stock MIM classic series 70s. I know a few people who are still living as if they are in the 70s and they have not changed anything on their strats for over 30 years. One has a collection of "That 70s Show".

Caution: Avoid Mary Jane and the Chronic it could lock you into an era.

I got my first shot at hearing some of Aaron's rumplestiltskin black-ropes last night in a club setting and man, what a nice sounding set of pups these are! The girl (yes, it was a girl that was spankin' the plank!) had recently asked Aaron to wind them.

Pups seemed to be the major mods on most instruments and some Torres mods for a few of the amps. One guy was a fusion player and had a Strat Plus and I spoke with him between sets and found out his day job was as a chiropractor! I think he manipulated his knuckles or something because he had an easy six fret spread when comping chords!

My Custom Classic came with SCN's and S1 switching. Just the same as the American Deluxe.
So because it's such a nice guitar to just play and not worry about switching options. I put 3 singlecoils in it. Wired just as a stock strat would be. No reverse polarity middle pickup, no bridge tone control. Though I did keep the 5way switch.
I must say, theres a real beauty to that setup.

Does devolution count?

All my guitars I have kept stock. Well, My american standard has a pearl pickguard on it, but I don't know if you could really count that as a mod.

Got mine stock Those pickups are delicious 8) my only complaint would have to be the humbucker being a tad too bright (and I can't afford a PAF...) but its a great sounding guitar.

I'm thinking about putting a JB phat cat in my squire CV tele... but I keep saying that and never doing it...

hmmmm... need to look into that...

Sure. I Only Own One But It Is The Same Way I Bought It. If I Want A Different Sound I'll Buy A New Guitar. If Something Breaks I'll Replace It With The Same Thing If I Can Still Get It.

Most of mine have their original pickups.

But some have been refretted --- is that a mod?

Some have Straplocks? I guess that's a mod.

Kept mine stock and simple, want a different sound, get a different guitar. A screw driver is not ment to stir your coffee.

My Std Strat is all stock, unless you count blocking it off as a major mod which I don't.

I am kicking around the idea of a pickup change, but not sure yet and I figure if I don't have the for sure feeling I won't do it.
