Post subject: Strat pickguard/parts identification?

Hello,

I have a Strat pickguard complete with wiring, knobs, and two pickups, but don't have a clue who made it. Is there anyway to identify/verify that it is made by Fender? I believe that it is from the 1970's but possibly 1960's. The knobs say tone, volume, etc.
