Does anyone know exactly what the dimensions are for fretwire used by Fender on early Strats, say pre '62?

Mike, 6230 .078 wide x .043 tall. These were on early stuff 54-59. Not sure how long it was used after that..Hope this helps...... 8)

Few vintage ones that I handled (cca 63/64) were weird too. I could not figure the fret size out. It looked to me like 6105 that had some shaping work done and another one was worn out. The frets were definitely narrow comparing to the current medium jumbo wire and taller comparing to the current "vintage" spec wire.
