New to the forum although I have been a long time reader!

I was hoping that I could get some advice from you guys? I have done searches on the internet and on here but I've had no luck so I'm hoping someone on here can help me?

I bought a MIM Stratocaster in 1996 from Bath in the UK when I was younger and I didn't get any information about it at the time.

It’s in good condition - a small dink but otherwise good condition

I was wondering if anyone has an idea of the stock specification on this guitar. I have not modded the guitar at all so its original (Rosewood Fretboard - Olympic white colour).

I've just taken some pictures and they are not really good enough because its the evening here so i'll see about getting better ones in the day time. I've also got to make an account to enable me to upload them.

The serial number is MN5203760.

I have no intention of selling it but I was wondering also if anyone had any idea of value? I'm planning to pick up a deluxe soon or even the custom shop deluxe model but I couldn't part with this one.

Sorry about all the questions but I have not had much luck in finding anything out and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry guys its a 50th anniversary model.

Nearly every 1996 model Fender had the 50th anniversary sticker on the headstock. So that doesn't make it really any more valuable, at least not too much. In stock configuration, a 1995-1996 MIM Strat would be worth roughly $300 (USD).

Thanks very much for that. I thought it wouldn't be worth much at all with it being MIM so thats nice to know.

I don't suppose that you know what stock pick ups were put in the mexican strats at that time?
