Looks like a 2005 or so Mexican Standard fat-strat. It is just a standard strat with HSS pickup configuration instead of the SSS. Value......somewhere around $300.

Hey Steve thanks...Its in awesome condition as in brand new...came with a nice gig bag, strings, a tuner, stand and a bunch of picks and thats what I paid for it...300...so at least I got what I paid for!!! Cool!

It is an awesome guitar......I like the HSS strats, but if you install a coil tap switch, you can have the SSS sounds too!
