This statement could not be any truer than it is. I don't even think Rehab could help GAS once you've got it. I've heard total abstinence from guitars helps for a while, But once you pick up a guitar again, The disease continues from where you left off, Getting progressively worse, until your broke. P.S. I think the PRS custom 22 "on layaway" may be evidence of this theory, but it could be too early to tell. :?

How coincidental :!: :!: My '57VHR came home about a month ago. Yesterday, my wife a new setting for a diamond center stone she inherited from her mother. Two kinds of GAS here...hers is usually Custom Shop......but I've got an Ages Cherry Sunburst Deluxe VG Strat....so I can appreciate your taste in gear. Enjoy.

Ditto...Love the top on that soapbar. I've owned two PRS's...great guitars quality and tone wise, but I haven't found a neck carve in their line which pleases me. Enjoy!!

I went back and forth between choosing Aged Cherry Burst or Tobacco Burst when I got my American Deluxe. I ended up with the Tobacco because some of the Cherry Burst I had seen were just too red and not what I was looking for.

The one in the pic looks great. And since pics never do a guitar justice I bet it is a real looker.

In any event, the American Deluxe is a fine guitar!
