What is Fender FUSE?

Can anyone tell me a little about it and if it's worth checking out?

If you have a G-Dec or Mustang amplifier, FUSE lets you connect your amp to your PC so you can alter the presets of the amp. You can add and remove effects, tweak existing patches, download patches other users have made, and upload your own for others to use! It is good stuff, but you need an amplifier that can use it to, well.......use it :) If you are just curious, drop $99 and buy the Mustang 1 amp.......pretty amazing for the price!
