So i have decided to do my own adjustments to my strat so that i can learn it now instead of later. But I have a few questions i'm hoping ya'll can answer.

Truss Rod? Please someone tell me how i can tell if it's adjusted right.

If i don't use the tremolo is it better to put the bridge completely flat against the body or still have a slight gap? And if i was to put it flat with the body what would i have to do exactly?

Pickup Height!! i have no idea how they should be in relation to my strings

click here, it might help: http://www.fender.com/support/stratocaster.php
But furthermore, just try it out, anything that feels & sounds good will do!

Cheers!

I wouldn't mess with the truss rod until someone shows you what the proper amount of relief is. Too many people think the neck is warped if the neck isn't flat.
