I recently traded my 95 American Strat for a 2005 Strat Deluxe. The guy I traded with didn't have the tremolo arm, so I kept the one from my 95...problem is, it doesn't fit. Apparently the tremolo arm for the 2005 is larger in diameter than the 95. Where can I get one? I have looked all over this site to no avail.

Yeah American Std and American Dlx trem arms are not interchangeable. The Dlx uses a pop-in arm that is not threaded.

Trem arms for American Deluxes are easy to find. Just go down to your local guitar shop and they should have some in stock. If not, there are a plethora of places to find one online:
