i'm getting a new new neck built.

the vintage frets and nut size, for me, just seem too small, and i wrestle with it more than i care too.

i'm leaning towards the (44.45mm/1-3/4) vs the (42.85mm/1-11/16) with jumbo frets

1-11/16 just doesn't seem much of an improvement over 1-5/8, at least a few at the store i tried. they didn't have any 1-3/4 so the counter person told me.

before i fully make my mind up wanted to see what feedback the experienced users here had to say
