Is there a tone knob I can buy to wire my bridge, middle, and neck pickups two to have all of the pickups wired to a tone knob and still have two tone knobs.

I hate having to choose between neck and middle or neck and bridge.

Just jumper the wire on the switch so the bottom tone handles the bridge and middle.

You can make one of the Tone Knobs be a Master Tone (that works on all 3 pickups) and then you can make that extra knob be/do something else. It could be a blender or midrange control or ...

Wire your guitar as per page 2:

There is a tone knob (potentiometer) on the market called the Fender Blender. It comes with wiring instruction and thus you can adjust and vary the combination of all your pickups. The Fender Blender goes in the bottom tone control so you give up the tone control for the middle pickup. However, you gain full function/blend of bridge and neck as well as combinations with the middle. I like it and it can get all kinds of strat tones.
