Nope!

If you wire the DPDT switch to the 5 way terminal that usually takes the neck pup the the switch will only be engaged in the following positions:

Position 4 = Middle pup in parallel with any of the three DPDT options
Position 5 = Any of the three DPDT options.

You will maintain standard Strat switching.

Add a blend pot or push/pull will give you the neck/tele & Bridge combos as well.

JBGoode, if andy ever offers to send you a wiring diagram, take it, not only will you be able to re-wire your strat with it, most base model microwaves can be fixed with the same diagram they are that detailed
