I put some coin down on this beauty today.
I am clearly out of my mind....but I HAD to have her!!
I've got the new pickups and tuners already bought....so...I really HAD to buy her!
Upon arrival...her 'makeover' will consist of:
The new DiMarzio INJECTOR (n)
DiMarzio Area 67 (m)
DiMarzio P.A.F. Pro (br.)
Also...Fender/Schaller Locking Tuners and Graph Tech String Saver saddles.

What can I say....RARELY does and 'off the shelf' guitar meet my needs!
Gotta tweak her! REAL pics will follow!
Gonna be "Barkin' At The Moon" with this one!!

A Tone Zone is veering more towards the METAL end of the sound spectrum and my METAL-HEAD days are long behind me.
A P.A.F. has just the right amount of vintage growl for me.

I was playing the Sunburst cousin this afternoon at G.C., had a hard time handing it back. Not quite G.A.S. (yet) let's see what happens with the tax return this year.
