I have recently acquired and just got around to registering my brand new American Standard Stratocaster. It is a limited edition seafoam green strat with matching headstock (1 of 100 is what I was told). I have been looking for a non aged seafoam green strat ever since i heard Jeff Beck's "Wired" album (which predated me by fifteen years) at age nine when my dad decided i was old enough to touch his record collection; but enough of this gushy nostalgic crap. The guitar is absolutely stunning to say the least. It has a sound that is unique to itself. And... well here are some pics you can form your own opinion.

The Seafoam Green finish was among the 4 colours offered on the original Jeff Beck Stratocaster.

The 3 other colours were Midnight Purple, Vintage White and Mystic Black, with the latter available only on the Custom Shop versions of that guitar.
