Well I played a classic 50's today...scratch the idea on that one. My classic 50's Player is all I'll need for that vibe. I came home and ordered a Deluxe Players Strat with a set of Texas Specials to put in it. My question is: I bought the Texas Specials and a Black pickguard to put on it. I need to reuse the other electronics, What kind of switch is stock and how is the push button deal configured? I basically want to delete it and just have it wired up normal. Also is the bridge pickup wired to a tone control?.....OHH, I got it in 3 tone sunburst with rosewood for those wondering.
