Want to get better range with my right hand (as you can tell from the pic I'm a lefty) I have been playing "Every Breath you take". The main goal is to get my add 9 chords to sound clearer.

bluestube and sandwich,
were in the zone with lenny also. precise tabs from guitar world magazine and video cd rom.
dude sounds exactly. i believe its the emajor pentatonic and e minor pentatonic blues. learn those 2 scales and it will help alot in learning the solo. i love the slide from the 7th fret a,d,g strings to 14th fret then immediately bar gbe on the 12the fretw/vibrato then walk it up.
sounds sweet.
right now, im barely picking up little wing, hendrix.
tin pan alley and sky is crying are both using cminor blues pentatonic.
anyway, im still pretty new to electric. especially srv and hendrix.
i know, hey but im mainly a country boy.
my innitial inspiration to learn guitar, eric clapton and brad paisley.

I love the use of harmonics in Lenny....anyways, I think I'm going to give Rude Mood a shot in the next few days.

About twenty years ago I saw Phil Keaggy at a six flags park and I was so impressed by this guy that I went out to buy his album "Wind and the Wheat" which was the album he was supporting at the time. About ten years ago I came across a woman who during some music small talk mentions Phils name and claims to be a music distributer and gets me a copy of this sort of difficult to find gem CD. My latest endeavors for private guitar playing is attempting to transcribe that record and working out with my Ted Greene books. Great stuff for keeping limber and keeping it fresh.

I think I've played every song on the Serius Satalite Radio's '50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, and half of the 90's channels.

But latley I've been playing a lot of Evanescence. Right now I'm learning Amy Lee's Vocal lines on the Guitar. After I transpose the piano parts to the guitar, and get the regular Guitar and Bass parts down first, of course.

Call Me When Your Sober, Farther Away, and Going Under...so far
