Is this what you're looking for?
http://support.fender.com/service_diagr ... A_SISD.pdf

i got it from this page:
http://www.fender.com/support/articles/ ... e-diagrams

There is one for American Stratocaster HSS that is dated 2005. I'm assuming there were not that many changes there.

Hope this will point you in the right direction. If not, the Seymour Duncan site has a lot of wiring diagrams too.

Jeff

Odd... I checked the 2008-09 catalog and your guitar is listed.
However it does not feature an SI switch system, if so then it is not a Standard.
that configuration is in the Deluxe..

Have you opened it up and looked at the pickguard electronic layout :?:
Matching the numbers to a schematic in the support section will tell you what you have.

To Backtrack a bit what are you planning on doing ?

I have a 2010 American standard sss....but I installeda humbuckers in the bridge....newer American standards do not have a S1swich or a super switch. I have installed the pickup but want to compare how the ssh American standard is wired.

Is it a 4 wire HB, a stacked or side by side coil HB :?:

As far as you are concerned I'm in the process of building a strat with HSS configuration.
but I'm diverging a bit.
Master Vol, Master Tone ( TBX ) and a coil switch inplace of the 2nd tone.
In this manner I will have tone control for all pickups as well as the pickups will be set up as
N, NM, NB( single or dual ) MB(single or dual coil in bridge ), B in single or dual coil.
This set up may be changed depending upon result.

The American Standard Stratocaster HSS and Amercian Special HSS or even the Highway 1 HSS are completely different guitars. I too am placing the Diamondback humbucker into my SSS Am Std, and would like the correct wiring diagram from Am Std 2010 - present. The 5 way switch/tone is 1-Bridge, 2-Bridge/Mid, 3-Mid, 4-Neck Mid, 5- Neck, however the SSS wiring lends to Tone 1 controlling only the Neck pickup, and Tone 2 controlling both Middle and Bridge which is different to the Tone controls for the HSS Am Std...so a Fender wiring diagram is the least Fender can do. We shouldn't have to be going to Seymour Duncan's site...
