Mine came with SD pups and I didn't care for them but lots of folk like them and have for years so I got to sell them pretty quickly for a decent dollar (alnico pro ii). There's absolutely nothing wrong with the guitar itself. Great fit and finish. Great feel and balance.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I liked the looks and feel of the guitar enough to "massage" it into a great axe. Currently running the Kinman K9 system with Woodstocks at neck and middle and a Dmz Super Distortion at the bridge. Sounds killer. I may pull the Dmz SD in favor of something milder.

Question for those that posted pictures of their guitars....is your serial number printed in gold, mine is gold and starts with E104....if anyone knows anything about these guitars it would be greatly appreciated, dating would help also.
Thanks,
Lile

Hi Lile

Its in black lettering on the back of the headstock, starts 051, from memory i bought it around 2004/5 I think they were available for around 4 years along with a similar looking telecaster.

Probably a good guitar for tweaking like BMW-KTM says.
