I've seen a strat style trem plate and block with some stout floyd saddles. they aren't locking, but are fine tuning with rollers. these will retro fit the saddles on your existing tremolo plate. unfortunately, they are rare to find. But they do exist, scrounge ebay dude. rock on!

Nope. To have a Floyd, you will have to route the body (preferably) and drill new holes to mount the pivot post studs. Then you would have to remove your nut and route a slot to mount a locking nut up near the headstock, and drill holes to mount this nut and a string retainer bar too! If you were gonna do the job right, anyway...........:P Keep the strat as it is, and buy a cheap Jackson, or Ibanez with a locking tremolo! Hacking away at your strat will make it utterly worthless when/if you go to sell it.
