Other than the matching color headstock and the "LTD Ed" neckplate, is there anything different between this FSR Strat and a standard American Strat?

MAYBE the pickups; MAYBE the body wood; MAYBE etc...

The thing with FSRs is that they were made to a specific dealer's specs. Consequently, the best place to find out EXACTLY what the variations on your guitar are is to speak with that dealership which commissioned the one you have.

The Ivory was a Limited Edition, not an FSR, so it wasn't made for a specific dealer. It was available to any dealer like the 2009 Fiesta Red, Surf Green and Daphne Blue models. In this case aside from the color and neck plate the specs were the same as any other American Standard. The Ebony model had the cosmetics plus an ebony fingerboard, which was only available on that LE model.

There were 2010 FSR Stratocaster's that are Ivory, maple necks, ivory headstocks that were limited to 150. The paint I believe was the only difference. Elderly was one of the dealers that sold them.
