I know the standard is usually 250 k = single coils 500k = humbucker

i was wondering since its HSS if a 2006 American deluxe HSS came with 500 k or 250k
thank you.

and american standard too .. i have 2004 u.s hss , does it have 500k or 250k ..

whats the difference between both

Don't know about all, but my HSS strat has 250K pots and it works just fine.
