This is my dream guitar :

http://cgi.ebay.com/FENDER-STRATOCASTER ... 3362891001

seriously its just perfect .. most custom shop are vintage ( vintage frets , vintages tuners )

this one has locking tuners , medium jumbo frets , big 70s headstock and the surf green color is awesome .

WOW .. simply my dream strat .

i cant see anything wrong with it .

Before I shell out Custom Shop prices, I will build my own that is just as good and likely better. But if I ever did buy a CS guitar it would look like this one, but with a thinner finish so the grain showed and a heavily reliced maple fretboard:

The production line CS's are vintage, just because that is the demand out there but, you can order whatever you want if you like.
If you look into a Custom Shop order form, you will see that the options are quite varied without having to go to a Master Built.
I like the Custom Deluxe, but not so sure about the finish options.

My 56 NOS is great but there really is no difficulty in switching guitars from my MIM Deluxe to the 56NOS.
The neck feel is different but that only takes a couple minutes to readapt.

do you think they could build me a 3/4 size strat JR ( like the 2004 fender stratocaster jr ) im looking for a 22.75 scale lenght junior strat ( something thats not the squier mini which is a pain to play . )

You are going to have to ask either Mike Eldred or the Shop in your neck of the woods who handles CS orders.
I would suspect that a 3/4 size CS is going to be expensive just because of the size requirements.
I could be wrong but this sounds like a master built idea just because of the painstaking labor involved in what will probably be a one off project.
It doesn't hurt to ask, just be sitting when they reply with the cost  :?:
