Hey Hey Hey! Is there anything at all that can be done about the hum aside from new pups? I don't want to add a pedal in an already over crowded pedal board to shut it up...besides there's significant signal/tone loss with all the pedals.

Aside from noise suppresors which unless you spend a fortune on em, their going to hamper the sound of your guitar, pedals are only going to generate more noise.

Personally I say learn to ignore it. It's never bothered anyone of note.
