i'm new to modifying guitars, does anyone know how easy it is to change a sss setup to two humbuckers??

If your after real sized buckers as opposed to single coil sized stacked humbuckers, then it's not all that easy.
Depending on the guitar in question you will have to widen one, if not both pickup cavities.
