The robert Cray is listed a 60's C, Road Worn is listed as a C, std mim's listed as modern C. You might look at some of the replacement neck website.s I know I've seen the various profile's shown side by side. you can lok here on the products page and go thru all the models and look at the spec's to help but they don't give the actual thickness dim's, were some of the replacement neck sites do. I know this isn't the easy answer but I hope it helps.

I have a Cray neck and it seems to be a medium "C" profile, with the 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets. Frankly I've never "made friends" with it, being an old coot used to the 7.25" radius and vintage-style frets. I'd trade it off in a heartbeat for the "right" '60s MIM Classic re-issue that had a decent grade of rosewood.
