Great tone, but I have noticed string bending seems much more difficult than on my other guitars with the same scale length. Can anyone shed some light on this?

High cut nut's make for a tense feeling in the lower frets. Aside from that I can only guess that maybe it's the lacquer over the top of the frets.
If so bend away, it will soon wear off.

it could also be the smaller fret wire, making it very close to the wood on the frets.

I am gonna leave the 10's on for a while and see if I can get used to them. I have 09's on EVERYTHING else,,,
