Please help!!!!!
I really want a Fender stratocaster, but a lot of people talking that strats do not stay in tune good, and it is all about tremolo. I heard that tuning is the big problem in the strats even USA ones. Please help really want to get a strat deluxe, but not decided yet. What I should do to guitar to make it to stay in tune?
Thanks very much to All of you!

For pete's sake, don't let tuning rumors stop you from owning a Fender.

Every guitar out there has had tuning issues at some point. True, the tremolo is finicky when it comes to tuning, but as long as you keep everything right, it should never be a problem.

With a properly setup guitar you should never have a tuning problem.

Believe me, the strat hasn't been around for 50 years by being hard to keep in tune. There's millions of strat player out there who never have a problem, some of them are your hero's. Those are just rumors started by people who don't know how to setup and maintain their guitars.

It's all in the set up,according to what guage strings you use. Also, when I restring my strat,I make sure that there are plenty of winds on the tuning keys and that the strings are properly stretched afterwards.Mine stays in perfect tune with no problems what so ever.

How about if I will add more springs? To keep it in tune.
Thanks!

Adding more springs will make it more stable. But like I said with a proper setup tuning is not a problem.
