I have a 60th Anniversary Strat with standard pickups. I want more punch so I am looking to switch out the pickups. The guy at Guitar Center suggested Lace Hot Gold. Does Fender offer anything similar? Thanks.

For hottest action I would suggest 'Lace Sensor Hot Gold' or 'Fender Hot Noiseless', can´t go wrong with either of them.

Fender offers something very similar, infact nearly identical

You'd be better off with Red's than Gold's

I have a set of Fender Hot Noiseless and a set of Lace Hot Golds and rate them both. Great pups.

The Lace Hot Golds are excellent all rounders. They take effects very well. Can't think of a genre that they wouldn't be suitable for. Meaty when you need um to be and they clean up very nicely too. They're also the most noiseless pups on the market today IMO.

Fender Lace Sensors and Lace Sensors (Red, Silver, Blue) are one and the same. The only difference being the name printed on the pup.

i just dropped a seymour duncan JB jr in my HW1.
the mid and neck pups are fender 69ers.
wow what a wakeup my strat went through. very glad i did the swap.
i have serious crunch with the JB and nice warm bluesy tones out of the other two riding shot gun. thus my HW1 is a very sweet guitar that can now cover a few more bases better than before. from hard rock to classic rock to blues, this guitar has my covered rather nicely.
