Post subject: Locking Trem on SSLT

My locking trem on my "05 Am. Deluxe SSLT strat is a pain to set intonation. Does anyone have any advice on whether I should replace the bridge with a more traditional one? I do not believe Fender makes this bridge anymore. Will it void my lifetime warranty to replace it with one similar to the one offered on a new model?
