I don't know if this may be the problem, but from the pics the tremolo is tilted forward a little if you are having problems with the tune being too sharp and not enough room to move the saddles back, you could try raising the trem's 2 posts (just a little) and tightning the trem claws so that the tremolo tilts back (just a few hairs) or level. This will give you more room to move the saddles back. However you will have a higher tilted trem arm.
