Post subject: about a sympathetic reverb

Hey guys, so when i hit the low e harmonic at the 12th fret i get this super nasty reverb, the sound grows and diminishes like someone had a volume pedal hooked up to it. Any ideas on what it is or how to fix it?

Try lowering that side of the pickup height, seems to me a magnectic pull issue.
