I have a 2006 american fender strat deluxe. It has the little circle diamond on the back of the headstock but it doesnt have anything else signifying that its a 60th anniversary. Is there any way I could check the body?
I also replaced the pickguard put in a superdistortion 1, area 58, and an eric johnson sig pickup. Took out the blade switch and put in three on/off/on switches. Took out the tone pots and put in a tbx tone pot, coil plitting for the brudge, and series parallel for the neck. I also put in a built in tuner as the master volume knob. The guitar sounds really amazing. How much do you think I could get for it?

Question 2:
Did fender ever use ebony fretboards? I want an ebony fretboard but dont have the experience to change a fretboard so I need a complete neck. Does charvel use ebony, i wouldnt mind having a charvel neck.

Thanks

Every production-line Fender made in 2006 (except for the USA vintage reissues) had that "60th Anniversary of Fender" logo; there were also special editions of the American Series for the anniversary but there wasn't a special edition of the American Deluxe.

You could always email or call Fender Consumer Relations; they should be able to tell you the basics about the guitar from the serial number (body color, dealer it was originally sold to, etc.).

The only production line Fenders that had an ebony fingerboard in the FMIC era were the Strat Ultra, which was made from 1991-1998 (although there were a few final ones made in 1999 - Fender must have found some left-over parts or just fulfilled the final orders late) and the American Deluxe FMT/QMT which were made from 2004-2008.
