If your talking about the screw inserts that the 2 pivot screws go into.
They are a Fender part. You can order this from any authorized Fender dealer or repairer.
Or Google it if you want to find someone online. I would get the genuine part.

Find the full parts list here.

Thanks guys for your input. I just rang an authorised Fender dealer here in my hometown.

They say that an order part is minimal 6 to 12 months wait because they slowboat orders like that.

Thats stupid....

Anyway I have sent an email to the guy I purchased the trem from to see if he still has the ferrules.

If he don't have them, I will have to try and find some that fit with the Fender pivot post. A local luthier I know said he had a bunch of different ferrules that may help.

Worst case scenario is to have some made up

Hi kk: wow, I'd like to see that done. Good luck!

Alternatively, you could buy the correct inserts for $9.99, to be found at the bottom of this page (the ones labeled "American Series Bridge Body Inserts"). The matching pivot screws are just to their left:

Sorted.

I think your dealer was not trying very hard...

Hi Ceri, Mate well I have found luck in my own back yard.

Yes I think making the Ferrules would be tough luck...

Yeah I don't think this particular dealer was to great at helping me for this part. :(

After doing a big ring around to luthiers and shops nobody had these body inserts for the trem post.

Well my last resort was ebay and holy bat smoke... a local online ebay store called Rockin Rabbits had some in stock. :D

Because I was working, this guy even dropped off the inserts for me at the Luthier where I am having the refret done and two point Fender trem fitted to my 76 Strat.

Anyway, I have all the things I need to make my Strat Genuine Fender parts all round but it will be a 76 Strat with a slight modern update of a couple of new Fender parts. I will post pics when it's all done.

I have done this because it will be a players strat and possibly become my #1. Justyfing this are the three bands I play in and I would not want an old work horse like her sitting under some bed.

She will be out there in all her glory.

I have another posting on this strat so keep an eye open for updates of the 76 Strat.

Yeah you can get pretty much any Fender part online or in a store if your willing to look around enough.

For anyone else that reads this don't be afraid to ring around different Fender dealers and ask whats in stock. They normally will post you something if you pay by card over the phone as well.

I recently needed a vintage original tuner. Took me a dozen stores till I found one. Total cost $10. Repairers especially have parts draws where they keep all sorts of things. You would be surprised how people pay for a whole set of tuners and ferrules to be replaced when one gets a bit worn.
