As always that is dependant on which price bracket you buy in. The Custom Shop one is far better than the Squier.

A friend of mine has what I think is a 2001 Fender Squire Stagemaster. It is a neck thru body made of ash with 24 frets, H/S/H Seymour Duncan pickups, Metallic Green of course has the reverse headstock and Floyd rose wammy.He swears by it and is his go to guitar. I’ve had a chance to play it and I have to say it kicks really good, great sounding, and smooth playing guitar. He picked it up on EBay for just under $200.00 U.S. Dollars about a year ago.
