shes a beauty. ok i give up trying to figure it out. what does GAS stand for?

I got an Epi LP Custom a few weeks ago and let me tell you, it's a damn fine guitar. It has a nice crunch that no Strat can replicate. It's perfect for rock tunes. If you have more then one Strat I'd seriously think about making the trade.

Now with the strat I have, I must say Ill only go for a LP when I have the $ to buy a Standard one, and that may take a while cause they aint cheap!

I have the same EXACT guitar (the HWY1) and I LOVE it to death!!
The headstock (s) on Epiphones (IMHO) are butt ugly!! That's what has prevented me from buying an Epi!!

What I did do to IMPROVE my Highway 1 was to change out the pickups, tuners, and saddles.
The stock items were TERRIBLE and had to go!!!
I've got a Gibson 57 Classic Plus and 2 Fender Vintage Noiseless, Fender/Schaller locking tuners, and GraphTech saddles.
You gotta hear this thing now!!!

i have a strat with a duncan distortion and hotrails as well and i wouldnt trade it for any lespaul

i wouldnt trade my HW1 for anything either.
look at it this way, if the guy is willing to trade the EPI, maybe he knows something about the HW1 that you dont.

I would say make the trade, but try to work out some sort of "grace period" over a certain amount of days. Just in case it doesn't exactly do what you need it to.
