Can anyone tell me what the correct Fender knob set is for a USA Standard Strat built in 2005.

I'm not sure if its the plain white or parchment style.


A part number would be pretty good if possible.

if you click on to the products page, than click on specs, the list on the american standard is parchment for the knobs, pickguard and switch tip.

I got Part No: 005-6254-000 for the Volume knob, which is exactly what I'm after.

I didn't realise the site had all the old specs

Hi Lovejoy: and just in case there's still any doubt, I have a 2005 MIA HSS Strat (it was called the American Series at that time - it was renamed American Standard a couple of years later). The plastic parts on it are parchment, not white. And very nice too, to my eye!
