I found out a little more, including that someone is using my picture on a Craigslist ad.

The guitar was commissioned by the Tanqueray Gin company as part of a promotion to commemorate the Prince's Trust charity event. The guitars were the second place prize with 100 given away in 1988. The first place prize was a trip to attend the charity event (I would rather have the guitar than be around Prince Charles). The third prize was a Tanqueray Fender mirror from what I have been able to determine.

I also found that somebody sold a Tanqueray Fender mirror in 2009.

If you look at my first post and then look at this Craigslist ad, you will see the person is using my picture in the ad. I don't know why the person is doing that. Either they don't have a camera and can't find a better picture (of which there are a few posted in this thread) or they are up to no good.

Whatever it's worth, that Strat of yours is possibly the most beautiful green colour I've ever seen on a guitar. Either that one or the Jaguar Cars special, it's hard to call.

Good luck with any sale or any other (legal) endeavour you need to involve yourself in in order to keep it.
