They ARE part of the grain, nothing to be concerned about. Quite the opposite, it's a reason for pride, it's a nice touch to the wood grain. You're lucky to have these unique lines in the grain, very beautiful. It is part of the character of your Strat that makes it like no other one. There is a story in that grain, something happened to the tree to make it like that. I really like features like that.
