Hi dudes,

I am wondering that the FENDER LSR Roller Nut

http://guitarproject.pl/templates/image ... =700&y=600

will fit (w/o neck cut/modification) [is it same high/width as plactic one?] as a replacement of the standard plastic one? (I want to fix it on the old place using the 2 screws only, I am not gonna use the wilkinson adapter [the black plactic]).

No you need to cut both the fingerboard side of the fretboard and the headstock side.

You need to be extremely accurate too.

Hi WizzyD,

The LSR nut is wider than a standard nut and will require modification of the existing nut slot for installation.

I've carried out the above installation with out issue, but if your carpentry skills aren't up to it, have a decent, recommended guitar tech do the work for you.
