I have been given an unlabeled Fender Stratocaster from the 1960's made during the short period when Fender stopped using the label "Stratocaster" and before they went to another label. Does anyone have any idea what the market for this guitar is? How would I sell it?
Thanks!

There was never a time when a genuiune Fender Strat went without the "Stratocaster" decal. Without pics, I can only speculate that most likely it doesn't have a decal because it's a fake. Got any pics? How can you tell it's from the 60's?

A lot of players back then would see the logo on the headstock peeling and would decide to help it along. I've seen many and have known many players who did this. Some claimed they liked the logo-less look better. Again, as stated, without pictures...

It sounds like the OP is talking about a Telecaster.

There was that no-name period between Broadcaster and Telecaster ...

Yeah but that was in the 50s, not the 60s.

If he's confused about the type of guitar, he's probably confused about the decade too.
