Just out of curiosity, why do you need a lefty?

Anyway, put an ad on craigslist.com or another classified ad website. Maybe you could put an ad in your local newspaper.

I just ordered a LH strat, to go along with my LH Dipinto Galaxie4 (sort of like a Jag/Jazz). Chris Dipinto of DiPinto Guitars is lefthanded, and all models are available in LH. I am not sure what makes a guitar better for metal, but check them out. Also Eastwood Guitars has a sizable LH selection as well. Personally, I am very happy with the Strat.

for metal?

I use schecters, i'm also a lefty.
I have a left handed Schecter Vengeance Custom ($700) with two seymour duncan JBs

and then i have a Schecter Omen 6 also left handed ($300) with two random duncan design pickups that sound really good surprisingly.

check it out

I always wonder that myself...

Been left handed from day one and realized the first time I picked up a guitar that it had to have been invented by a lefty...

The right hand picks or strums and the left hand does all the work... that's why right handers usually have more trouble learning guitar than lefties...

I've given up on the argument... one of my friends makes "left handed" guitars and it kills me that I can't appreciate them fully<G>

These days all I can do is try to keep parents from ruining their kids by locking them into backward strung instruments when it's SO unnecessary<G>
