I wouldn't worry mate. sounds like normal variation. could even just be the way the pickup is sitting in the cover.

Hi Jazzyguy: it's a known issue that people sometimes ask about. Here's a photo of a US Strat of mine:

As you see, apparently to the eye minutely different height poles, most noticeably with the B string. In reality, it is just the cover sitting slightly differently on each pickup. It is just most apparent on the B pole because that one is closest to the surface of the plastic, so the eye can compare the two most easily there.

Nuttin' at all to worry about.
