I surely will. This is one guitar he isn't going to own no matter how much he offers me! Indeed, drool he shall!!

Although I can pretty much surmise the entire scenario to a fairly accurate degree, nothing beats outright facts. I'll probably be seeing him within the next two weeks and I'll definitely keep you posted.

I can only think of two words to describe the beautiful end result of this collaboration:

Classy and elegant. What a gorgeous instrument.

I'm elated that everyone so far has approved. It really means a lot to me.

Now that is a very handsome machine Martian, and no mistake.

Going to have to re-read the thread to find out what the sprung bridge is all about. Absolutely love the swirly tort scratchplate AND the matching backplate.

Great job 8)

I thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean though by "sprung bridge". My aim with the photo of the bridge (albeit, blurry) was to show the slight lift I personally keep my tremolos at.

I might have missed something but didnt you originally plan for it to have two toggle switches?

also she is BEAUTIFUL, personally if i was going to buy a strat i would actually get it with them specs! Love the white! (Not in a racist way...)

I did but I worked out a wiring with a Super Switch where the SS was all that was necessary for what I wanted to accomplish.

I thank you for your complement. There is a certain, unique elegance with the tortoise shell on white. Also, there is a vintage vibe too because if you look at Pre-CBS and early CBS Jazzmasters, Jaguars, J-Basses and P-Basses, they have this color combo where Strats and Teles never did.

If I were living in the US, I would send you a neckplate with all the names of the people that contributed to engraved to it, along with a Fender Lounge logo as well.
I´ve cried reading this seeing that here at Fender Lounge people really care with each other.
Contrats to you Martian on your new, exclusive, unique and already historic stratocaster!
And congrats to all Fender Lounge Forum guys, that really knows how to buy true happyness, by giving some hapyness to others as well.

I´m really awesomened (does that word exists? ) by those people who tenderly helped you built that stratocaster part-on-part all together by you.
Thats those little things in life that counts people!

Cheers!
