As to esnips, remember, I'm an old fart and haven't a clue what you are talking about.

Hey Martian, esnips is an easy way to share music files. You just create an account at http://www.esnips.com/ and then upload an mp3 file to a folder you create. Then you can take the link for the file you uploaded and post it or email it to people to listen to the file. Like this one:

http://w0qa0.esnips.com/doc/e8df697b-29cb-45ae-b9d1-5df085e4d82a/Purple-Rain

Would be fun to hear the tones your guitar makes! (This link goes to a file that I recorded with a cheap digital camera of an 18 your old guy from Czech Republic playing keyboards (bass with the left hand and instrument with the right), a drum machine, and my Strat.)

I hate to tell you this but I have no idea what an mp3 file is either.

LOL! We have a problem here..... a MP3 file is just one of several types of audio files that one can play back on a computer. I record to AIFF files a lot and other use WAVE files. thought maybe you might have recorded some things using the newer digital methods rather than the older way using "tape" (called "analog"). If you have a digital camera that will record video, one can record using that and often upload that file as a video or make it into a audio file. All these new fangled gizmos any whoooo.......

I'm elated that you all like it so far. It really does play and sound as good as it looks (IMO, of course). :D

OK, I'm totally over my old head here. I guess I'll have to ask some younger locals to help me on this one. Truth be told, the last recording I was ever involved in was with, they used the big reel to reel tape jobs. Remember too, I just learned how to use a digital (snapshot type only) camera for this thread. Yes, unfortunately I'm that old!

Martian, the email is on it's way, it's currently uploading... might take a few minutes to get to you.

Well if you don't want to get into all this geek stuff with non-understandable names, I'm sure if you meet up with some other Forumites in the near future there might be a possibility to record some samples? I wouldn't rush anything, it's not worth the hassle. This tech stuff's not giving us any mojo! 8)

She really is beautiful. Enjoy her, mate, you deserve it! :)

I can go on and on about how grateful I am to all of you for your generosity. Please know it is overwhelmingly there and always shall be.

I take incredible pride in presenting OUR guitar to you all and hope that you have all, enjoyed “the ride” as much as I.

And now, without any further ado, here it is:

And one to show the tremolo block setup:

I truly hope this has lived up to everyone's expectations and that none are disappointed. In my humble opinion, it plays and sounds as good as it looks!

There are just a couple of last minute details:

Nutter, I somehow messed up the sizing of the logo and it is now too big to where I can’t get it back to what was the right size. Would you please shoot me a new one and also tell me what kind of transfer material I should print it on and do I need to use a laser printer?

Lastly, we still don’t have an official name for it yet.

I had to check in to see the finished project....stunning!!! 8)

Thank you, it was truly my pleasure yet I couldn't have done any of it without everyone else's involvement!
