I'm sure that if you go 4/32, the impossibly fine difference won't bring you to the attention of the pickup police! It's always just a guide anyway - let your ears decide when it's right.

Yes, definitely in "64ths", the website has it correct.

Code:
Neck Radius                     String Height
                       Bass Side             Treble Side
7.25"               5/64" (2 mm)              4/64" (1.6 mm)
9.5" to 12"         4/64" (1.6 mm)            4/64" (1.6 mm)
15" to 17"          4/64" (1.6 mm)            3/64" (1.2 mm)
