Which years originally made and reissued?
What year are the reissues repros of?

Mine has a 4 bolt neckplate and a small headstock. Some came with 3 bolts and large headstocks.

I believe yours is a reissue and the 3 bolt ones are the originals...

The blue flower and pink paisley custom finishes were officially announced in early 1969 and were by special-order only. They were offered on all guitars and basses except for the Mustang, Duo-Sonic, Musicmaster, Bronco, and the 5-string and 6-string basses. In the case of a Strat, that would make it a 4-bolt neck, large CBS headstock, and heel-adjust trussrod. I'm not certain if this finish was ever cataloged but it is not shown in the 1970 edition nor is any mention made of it in the text. Availability was extremely limited and the wait was long -- the Telecaster Bass shown below was ordered by our bass player in April of '69 and delivered in early October.

I believe these custom finishes were periodically re-issued during the 1970's as I've seen several 3-bolt neck Strats so painted during those years. AFAIK all of the small-headstock Strats are MIJ/CIJ re-issues from the '90s and later.
