How can I tell what model it is without unscrewing the neck?
It looks like an STD, but I don't know if they made that model in 93-94...
I don't understand how Fender can't tell what model the guitar is only because it's an old one from the 90s...

Well, I bought it
The pictures don't do it justice
It's MIJ 93-94, one-piece maple neck, probably basswood body.
The downsides are that the bridge elements have rust on them (althogh the bridge and the screws don't), and 2 pole peices on the pups have some rust too.
I didn't know pups could rust...

Anyway, how would you recomend getting rid of the rust?
