Ever heard of him, he's really good and a damn good strat
player.
I've heard his music through pandora, while running or
cycling but I thought it was someone else.
any way speant about an hour checking his YouTube
vids of live performances, I can't post a link,
typing this out through an iPhone.

That's good timing - I was listening to Stealing The Devil's Guitar yesterday. It's worth a listen if you haven't heard it before

Actually, if I may correct it's Popa Chubby, from "pop a chubby", like "in the morning when I get up I pop a chubby".

But it's nice to see that another member of the jewish community can play blues, not just Mike Bloomfield :)

Popa chubby, that is hilarious, I thought poppa and chubby
because of his hypersthenic stature.
But yeah I could see the pop a chubby, that's a good one.
I was watching "grown man crying", I think, anyway, some
guy got on stage, and he was playing a solo run and pushed the guy
from behind, the guy looks back at him.
I swear you could read his lips saying "get the fock of my
stage" still doing his guitar
magic.

I have heard of him. He is truly one of the best players out there, and he makes the Strat SQUEAL! Check out his Hendrix covers, and his album, Booty and the Beast ( Blind Pig records, 1995 ), as well as his other material. Electric Chubbyland, anyone?
