Hi behradmetaler, welcome to the Forum.

If you want a new YM Strat then buy it from an authorised Fender dealer. Then you know for sure it is genuine.

If you are looking at a secondhand one then post pictures of it here and people will probably be able to tell you if it is kosher or not.

Are you sure you really want one? That scalloped neck is a devil to get used to. Ditto the Blackmore Strat.

Buy a std or a mexi with the right body colour and have fun turning it into a look-a-like..

I'm assuming you have never played a Malmsteen Strat or even seen one in person before. If you have then you would know what to look for since it has some unique features. All are good suggestions above, especially buying new from an authorized Fender dealer. If buying used, do some simple research first.
