I plan on getting an American Deluxe Fender Strat, but they only have it with maple fretboards :( . Is there a way to get it in rosewood without having to buy the neck seperately and replacing it.

Fender does offer an Am. Deluxe with a rosewood fretboard. They don't, however, offer a V shaped neck...only a C shape. Your only option is to buy the guitar you want and get an after market neck (warmoth) or get a used Fender neck on Ebay.

That's why I ultimately had the Custom Shop build a guitar for me. When the American Deluxe was first marketed there was no V-neck. I wrote to the company about that and was told they had no plans for that option. So I built my guitar. During the time the guitar was in constructionk the V-neck option was marketed. My guitar is essentially SCN pickups driving Clapton electronics, finished like an SRV, V-neck with rosewood board, gold hardware, all black plastic.
